Generally, really fun sketches. I like the strong line work and strong ideas features the character has. Personally I feel the design could be more interesting engaging by pushing and pulling proportions to accentuate whatever the focus of the design [ask me if you want more examples]. But you might just be going for something more controlled and restrained.
To help break silhouette without going too 'animation' based you might want to consider adding a creature companion. Like a bird on her shoulder or something to make it more dynamic and irregular.
